## Notice

It is intended for this contract to achieve efficiencies of procurement and supply chain management through this relationship and will also result in a reduction in repetitive and time-consuming contract administration. The Client is seeking bidders who can demonstrate a willingness to work closely with its team to deliver the development programme in both a proactive and collaborative manner. Full details of the requirements and commercial models are provided in the procurement documents. The Framework will be awarded to a maximum of three Contractors per Lot as set out in the procurement documents. For all Lots individual contracts will be called-off through direct award to a contractor chosen from any contractor included on the Framework at the sole discretion of OCS. OCS reserves the right to run mini competitions should it wish to do so.
