Scope of Requirement: - The supplier must take advantage of any Government Framework offers and pass the benefits onto DVSA. - The supplier must be able to demonstrate they have provided best value for money and can meet any seasonal demands. - The supplier must provide the authority with advice on how they will communicate changes and any implications of those changes to licence terms and conditions to the Authority. - The supplier must manage and mitigate risks and ensure the Authority is compliant and does not have a surplus of licences or licences that are out of date and have been replaced by a more up to date option/product. - There is no requirement for the supplier to manage the licences/software. - The supplier must provide copies of licence/software documentation e.g.EULAs,PURs, Licence Keys, Copy of Contract. - There is no guarantee that current licences will be required/renewed moving forwards. - The provision of quotes and provisioning of software must meet the SLA targets set out in the requirements. - Some members of staff working on DVSA requirements will have to obtain BPSS level security checks within 3 months from the contract commencement date.
