## Summary

The Homes England Development Monitoring and Management Services Framework 2021 - 2025 is a public procurement opportunity initiated by Homes England, which is based in Coventry, England. The project aims to appoint suppliers to deliver monitoring surveyor services, compliance inspector services, and project and cost management services across various regions in England. This framework has a contract value of £40 million and is currently in the award stage, with the award having been made on 5th May 2021. The contract will commence on 6th May 2021 and run until 4th May 2025. Interested suppliers were required to register and submit their tenders before the deadline of 21st September 2020 under an open procurement method.

This tender presents a significant opportunity for businesses in the architectural, construction, engineering, and inspection services sector, especially those that can deliver comprehensive solutions across England. Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are particularly encouraged to participate, as the framework anticipates accommodating up to 15 suppliers. With the possibility of direct awards or further competition for individual appointments, firms that are well-versed in project management and compliance services will find themselves well-suited to compete for this valuable contract.
