## Summary

Thanet District Council is seeking Technical Advisors for the Affordable Homes Programme, specifically for Phases 2 and 3, with contracts being delivered through a Design and Build model. This procurement falls under the architectural and construction services category, taking place in Margate, South East England. The tender is currently in the active stage, with a deadline for quote submission set for 14.00 hrs on 12 December 2018. The target contract date is 14 December 2018, with Lot 1 focused on 14 dwellings valued at approximately £2.5 million and Lot 2 on 26 dwellings valued at about £4.5 million, lasting for a duration of 30 and 36 months respectively including a defects period.

This tender presents significant opportunities for firms specialising in architectural, engineering, and construction services, particularly those with experience in residential developments on brownfield sites. Companies that can demonstrate relevant qualifications and the capacity to manage simultaneous projects will find this tender advantageous, as the Design and Build approach allows for a collaborative contractor relationship that can enhance deliverability. Suppliers registered with the Kent Business Portal can directly submit their quotes and access related procurement documents, making it an accessible bidding opportunity for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
