## Notice

The supplier will be directly responsible for delivering against the service requirements which will include providing, operating, monitoring, and maintaining the following service aspects in accordance with standards in this document, with sign off from the CPCA: ? Training operational staff to use the system for delivering DRT bus services. ? Integration with the booking/planning software with the DRT operator. ? Back-office systems with full reporting software. ? Call centre functions.
