Surrey County Council is seeking provider(s) for Family Centre Services in the following areas: Elmbridge Spelthorne: Stanwell area Surrey Heath Waverley Family Centres will work with children aged 0 to 11 and their families. The services will be targeted and referrals will come via the new Early Help Hub. This new approach builds on the Family Resilience model, based on early intervention and support, at the core of this approach is the idea that most families will be good enough parents and continue to care for their children.
