Somerset County Council are looking for a supplier who can provide either: * Lot 1 Dismantle, move and install existing stacks and the provision of new rolling stacks, with ongoing maintenance for the new stacks; and, or * Lot 2 Provision of new rolling stacks with ongoing maintenance.
