LOT 2- A building fabric reactive maintenance contract for Allerdale and Copeland. LOT 3- A building fabric reactive maintenance contract for Barrow and South Lakeland. LOT 4- A building services reactive and planned preventative / statutory maintenance contract for Carlisle and Eden. LOT 5- A building services reactive and planned preventative / statutory maintenance contract for Allerdale and Copeland.
