## Notice

Electrical and fire alarm works in connection are included and need to be installed by the Hillingdon framework or nominated fire alarm contractor. It is anticipated that the works will be for a 10 calendar week period. Before submitting a tender, it is recommended that tenderers visit the site to fully acquaint themselves with the full extent of the nature of the works required to ensure that all labour, material and plant required to complete the works are included within the tender. Any additional costs will not be considered after receipt of your Tender. Additional information: The London Borough of Hillingdon is not seeking expressions of interest in this project as this is an award notice.
