## Notice

The cafe is located within a busy commuter area with West Brompton and Earls Court Underground stations close by. Situated within the heart of the Kensington and Chelsea environment, it is expected that the cafe will embed many social enterprise principles and develop strong connections with local residents and communities. The opportunity is likely to suit a small catering company or social enterprise with previous experience of managing catering operations. The four-year concession contract will commence in early 2018.
