The Framework Agreement for EPPE will be open for use by other government departments. The Framework will consist of 5 Lots as follows; Presentation Packages The design and creation of graphics packages to illustrate the context of evidence for presentation purposes; Hardware Provision The supply and installation of visual display and audio equipment to equip a Tribunal centre to facilitate the electronic presentation of evidence; Scanning Services The conversion of paper based material into comprehensively indexed, searchable e-document databases; Videoconferencing The provision of ad-hoc video conferencing services between Tribunal settings and individuals who have been permitted to give evidence remotely via video link;
