## Notice

In March 2018 a retaining wall to the rear of the chalets failed which resulted in the upper section of wall collapsing and significantly damaging the beach chalets. A consultant is now required to : * Prepare and submit a planning application and application for listed building consent to demolish the chalets. * project manage and supervise the demolition works (by Council's Term Maintenance Contractor). * Design a permanent retaining solution and the reinstatement of chalets and procure a Principal Contractor to undertake the works. * Project manage and supervise the permanent reinstatement works. * Administer the defects correction period. * Undertake the role of Principal Designer under the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015.
