The community short breaks provision is split into different types of activities (Lots) each lot is split geographically into Delivery Area 1, 2 and 3. Details of the delivery areas can be found in appendix 1 Service Specification within this Invitation to tender. The core service will consist of regular sessions to support children and young people to have consistent access to Short Breaks which offer a range of creative, flexible, fun and co-designed activities in local communities for children and young people with disabilities aged 5-18 This can be a combination of sessions after school, evening, weekends and in the school and college holidays.
