Replacement of Fluorescent Lighting to LED Construction of external plant enclosure (concrete base and fence) for the new air source heat pump units. Replace existing gas kitchen catering equipment with new electric models, with power supplies being provided/upgraded as necessary. Replace kitchen and dining area flooring Installation of a roof mounted solar PV system. at St Stephens Junior School, Lansdown Road, Kingswood, BS15 1XD The Council is seeking a Gas SafeTM/ NICEIC Approved Electrical Contractor to act as Principal Contractor with the capability and experience to manage specialist sub-contractors to undertake and execute the contract works. The Council will not consent to the whole of the works to be sub-contracted. It is essential that this project is successfully executed during the summer recess, so the Contractor will need to demonstrate they have recently completed at least one similar project successfully (similar scope of work, similar value and similar timescale) and they have the competency and sufficient resources to meet these deadlines. The Contractor shall appoint a full-time site-based representative (i.e. site/contract manager) throughout the works on site.
