## Notice

Ingeus UK is a leading provider of people-centred services, including employability programmes, skills and training, and health-related support that assists individuals to reach and realise their full potential. We are interested in working with partners who share our commitment to delivering high performing services and significant social impact. We are now looking for values-driven organisations to join our supply chain for the Access to Work Holistic Assessments (England, Scotland & Wales) service, commissioned by the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP). Access to Work is a grant scheme supporting the recruitment & retention of people with disabilities/health conditions in paid employment since 1994. Access to Work forms part of the DWP's strategic goals to lower unemployment and remove barriers to work. The Holistic Assessment is a critical part of the Access to Work claim. The Holistic Assessments are used since 2011 where it is unclear how a customer's condition affects how they could do their job, not to diagnose disabilities/health conditions. Assessments are carried out by suitably trained and experienced assessors who are responsible for recommending correct, high quality workplace adjustment solutions through an objective analysis of how an individual's disability or health condition affects their ability to do their job. This includes recommendations for the provision and purchase of specialist equipment, workplace adaptations or a remote support worker. Delivery is expected to commence in June/July 2023, covering England, Scotland and Wales. We are seeking Expressions of interest (EOI) from organisations with experience of current or previous experience of delivering holistic workplace assessments. How to apply Please follow the instructions on https://ingeus.co.uk/for-partners/current-opportunities and submit your responses by Thursday 03 November 2022.
