The two contracts commenced 1st October 2021 for a period of three years, until 30th September 2024, with the option to extend for a further two years until 30th September 2026. Contracts were awarded to the two highest scoring, compliant, bidders within each GM locality, identified as delivering the overall best value for money service. The contracts are zero value, with no guaranteed minimum activity or funding levels.
