Two lots were procured: Lot 1: Deliver legal advice and guidance to Clinical Commissioning Groups on new models of care and new ways of working that can be shared across the six places in the Humber, Coast and Vale STP. Lot 2: Deliver legal advice and guidance to Providers on the new models of care and new ways of working that can be shared across the Provider Collaborative / Accountable Care Partnerships within the Humber, Coast and Vale STP footprint The contracts have been awarded from the start date until 31 March 2019, with the option to extend up to two years. An annual budget of PS50,000 will be allocated to the contract, including PS50,000 for the remainder of 2017-18, split between providers on a call-off basis. The value of the two contracts is PS100,000, with the optional extension of up to two years taking the full value of the opportunity to PS200,000.
