We need to build more homes; homes for rent, for shared ownership, for open market sale and for the intermediate market. Whether this is through open market, intermediate or rented properties, we aim to provide this for the communities in which we work. It is our intention that our framework will be utilised for the land-led and land and development package deals to optimise efficiency through working closer with preferred partners.
