The contract is being let as 2 lots as detailed below (Bidders may bid for 1 or more lots.): Lot 1 Cash Collection from Council Offices; Cash Collections from Car Park Pay and Display Machines; Cash Collection from public Conveniences; and Collection and delivery of envelopes between office and satellite points.
