## Notice

The Council wishes to procure a multi-disciplinary consultancy team to prepare an indicative design and associated business case, including delivery, operating and finance models, for the delivery of a new 400-500 space multi-storey car park in Walsall Town Centre. The scope of works includes extended optional works which the Council may instruct (at its discretion) post the completion of the main work stream
