The aim of the project is to provide a consistent online booking system that will support the self-booking of all Council appointments, events, meeting rooms, resources and training courses by Council staff and Hackney and non-Hackney residents. The Council is seeking an externally hosted solution -- non-hosted systems will not be considered for this contract. The initial term of the contract will be for 5 years with the option to extend for up to 5 further years in installments of 2 years plus 2 years plus 1 year. The contract is expected to commence in August 2016 with a system 'go-live' date of December 2016.
