Repairs required will be identified following an inspection in accordance Colchester Council Highway Maintenance Strategy. A copy of the inspection frequency and intervention levels are detailed in the Specification. The majority of the works will be priced on an agreed schedule of rates; however, in some cases works will be required on a day work basis or an agreed quotation.) Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
