New entrance lobby and external works (hard and soft landscaping) is to be completed in early August 2019. The key works for this specific project consist of the following: o Construction of New lobby area and access routes in to existing building and associated services. o Construction of new hard landscaping/ Ramps and benching and associated facilities and noted in drawings. o New and Reuse of existing cycle storage in new locations - both covered and uncovered ( Re use of existing covered units and some stands) o Removal of existing drainage o New drainage and new perimeter drainage o Drainage reconfiguration works. o Soft Landscape Planting o Hoardings surrounding site and compounds including building facing.
