Skills Bank invests in responsive skills provision for businesses operating in the Sheffield City Region and is flexible to ensure the offer to business meets both immediate and emerging skills needs.The Authority is seeking to procure an organisation to evaluate the Sheffield City Region Skills Bank on behalf of the Sheffield City Region Local Enterprise Partnership (an "Evaluator"). The Evaluator will be required to assess the effectiveness of Skills Bank in its core objective of supporting business growth.
