## Notice

The works will include:- Construction of foundations. Removal of all waste spoil; Building size approx. 65sq Metres. Re-position the existing drains. Construction of flat roof building to be timber framed with external cladding. Planning not required as permitted development. Company to take control of the whole process including building regulations. Medstead Parish Council expect the site to be left in a clean and tidy condition ready for immediate use and for all relevant Health & Safety legislation and guidance to be followed.
