The Services that are within the scope of this Contract include, but are not limited to: * Courier service for mobility aids (wheelchairs and commodes) and associated goods; * Option of the provision of suitable packaging for wheelchairs and commodes; * Collection and delivery of wheelchairs and commodes; * Proof of Delivery (Signed For); and * Support services including manned help desk and account management. The Contract shall be awarded for a duration of 24 months from the agreed Contract Start Date.
