Lot 7 - This Lot requires cover for the Council's Leasehold tenants which consists of former right to buy property, along with residential property let on a private basis outside of the Council's housing portfolio. This includes property let by the Councils subsidiary property services company, Nuneaton and Bedworth Community Enterprises (NABCEL). Lot 8 Industrial and Commercial - This Lot includes all commercially let property owned by the Council. The portfolio varies from retail units to leisure centres.
