The work will consist of four separate work-streams which may be awarded to more than one provider following the conclusion of this Tender. Objectives Radian seeks to obtain a sophisticated understanding of both its existing and future customer base in order to: o Better understand the existing customer base in order to target resources more effectively through the application of data, segmentation and insight; o Improve services and drive efficiencies through the effective use of insight; o Deliver products and services tailored to customers' needs, through channels and applications relevant to their lifestyles; o Understand how income, affluence and Welfare Reform impact on existing and prospective customers; o Develop a sophisticated understanding of current and future customers aspirations, ultimately assisting both individuals and communities to realise their full potential; o Identify and quantify the potential for channel shift and the likely take-up of digital services; o Identify the communications methods preferred by customers and tailor messaging accordingly; o Identify new opportunities for commercial activities to increase profit that can be used to fulfil our social purpose.
