Service Users will be individuals aged 18or over who have been assessed as eligible to receive services commissioned either through the local authority or assessed by health under continuing healthcare. This framework is designed with both SMEs and larger organisations in mind. The framework agreement has the option to extend for up to a further 12 months. The total estimated value stated includes the option period.
