## Notice

Interpretation and translation services to people for which English language is not their first language and have difficulties expressing themselves while accessing services in Central London. The service will provide professional interpreters across a range of over 200 languages and dialects on a 24/7/365 basis. The service is commissioned for use mainly within primary care and offers the following: * Face to Face interpretation - this support the need for interpreters to be available for pre-booked appointments whether they are taking place in person, via a conference video link or when all parties are in a virtual conference environment. * Telephone Interpretation - The telephone offers immediate access to the interpretation service. No specific equipment is required - it can be accessed from any landline, mobile or VOIP telephone system Additional information: NHS Central London CCG is modifying an existing contract, through an extension of its duration to align its expiry with similar contracts held by the other borough CCG across North West London, which together are amalgamating into one single CCG from 1 April 2021. This additional duration will allow the newly established North West London CCG to consider how best to commission future services to secure best value for money and more efficient contracting arrangements. The current contract being modified / extended was awarded as a call-off under Lot 5 of the nationally established framework agreement Interpretation & Translation Services - SBS/21/NL/ZXV/10127
