The works consists of: Construction of a three classroom single storey extension, including internal alterations to allow access to the extension, external canopy, reinstatement of hard play, replacement of staff parking, ecological enhancement and demolition of and existing temporary double classroom and reinstatement work. Site Visits: Ascertain the nature of the site, access thereto and all local conditions and restrictions likely to affect the execution of the Works within a live school environment.
