We are looking to replace out existing system to include functionality relating to our 3 Receptions and Student Services department: Hardware Requirements 12 x Touchscreen Tills 12 x Cash Drawers 8 x Barcode Scanner 8 x MiFare Reader 12 x Thermal Receipt Printer 2 x Remote kitchen / Bar Dispense Printers 2 x Waitress Tablets for order placement 4 x Upgrade existing pay station kiosks Optional 1 x Till Back Display 1 x Self-service Checkout 5000 x Blank MiFare Cards Software Requirements On-site training, system configuration and live support & annual maintenance Application software with access to the back office database to allow the College to run reports in-house. Using live data system (no scheduled tasks). Accessibility for multiple concurrent logins to this system Tribal/EBS Interaction - to include tracking functionality of individual student fee paying etc. Password login to tills Refund facility Printing of VOIDS in real time Unlimited PLU's PLU editing Stock countdown Allocation of bursary allowances, daily, weekly, termly Restaurant system to include - Deposits payment portal Loyalty system using existing college payment cards Store menus and inform stock control Full Table Management Functionality to include table tracking / table plan / order by seat Age verification for alcohol transactions Split bills Customer accounts for marketing purposes Ability to change seamlessly between retail environments, fine dining, fast food etc Training mode with full functionality
