## Summary

The Ministry of Defence's Situational Awareness Command and Control Delivery Team is awarding a contract for the Provision of Technical Support to the UK Link 16 Frequency Clearance Agreement. This procurement falls under the industry category of technical support services and will take place in the South West region of the United Kingdom. The contract, which has an estimated value of £869,716, will be awarded using a selective procurement method with a restricted procedure. The contract period will commence on 7th November 2018 and conclude on 6th November 2020, with the tender period having ended on 25th October 2018.

This tender presents a significant opportunity for businesses operating within the technical support and systems integration domains, particularly those with expertise in communication and navigation systems. Companies specialising in interference assessments, safety management systems, and compliance with aviation regulatory standards would be well-suited to compete for this contract. Additionally, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) may find this opportunity advantageous, especially if they possess the necessary technical capabilities and knowledge related to Link 16 systems and their implications for civilian aeronautical equipment.
