## Notice

The Authority is seeking to work in partnership with a playground provider for the design, supply and installation of play equipment at Parkers Way, Bridgetown, Totnes. Parkers Way is a c. 0.5ha green space, including existing play area, located at the bottom of Bridgetown, close to residential areas and the St Johns Church of England Primary School. The green space forms part of the wider Bridgetown Corridor, also known as the 'Chicken Run', which extends up through Bridgetown incorporating further green spaces and play areas. The current play area is coming to the end of its useful life and the primary objective of the project is to secure the design and installation of a new play area making best use of the site.
