## Notice

Rochester Riverside flood defences were installed some years ago to enable the development of the Rochester Riverside site. On the edge of the developed land are 2 creeks: Blue Boar Creek and Cory's Creek. These have been largely untouched for some years and litter has accumulated within them. Additionally, the ecosystem has also been largely left unmanaged and also needs attention with some shrubs and small trees requiring cutting back and removal. This document sets out the scope of works required.
