At the moment, we use a paper-based system which can be cumbersome in terms of printing to obtain written signatures and we also use electronic signatures which is not managed through any document signing software. Herefordshire Council would like to investigate the options and benefits of using Digital Signature Software for the signing of commercial contracts.
