The supplier will be responsible for supplying crew that are worthy of the tasks in hand and have the relative qualifications needed to carry out the projects. The Supplier shall provide a turnkey solution for the Local Labour. To be clear this includes operation, booking, and billing of all Local Crew. Bidders for the provision of Local Crew are required to supply detailed administration staffing levels, schedule, and cost in their response.
