This direct award supersedes the existing call-off contract (Ref: P4104001) for Legal Advisers - OLR Holdings, which is due to expire on 30 June 2026. The contract value has been extended by PS50,000 excluding VAT, and the total contract value shall be amended to PS3,550,000 excluding VAT.
