The Provider must adhere to the Care Act 2014, Mental Capacity Act 2005 and Mental Capacity Act 2007 when delivering the service. The Provider will support Slough Borough Council to deliver against the Five Year forward view, the Council's Five Year Plan, Health and Wellbeing Strategy 2016-2020 and the Adult Social Care (Domains 1,2,3,4) and NHS Outcomes Frameworks ( Domains 2,3,4,5).
