The Trust is not fixing the duration of the arrangement and this will be an area for negotiation. The Trust does however envisage a medium to long term arrangement of approximately 7-10 years in duration. It is not currently know what the value of the commercial relationship will be to the Trust and its chosen partner. This will be an area for negotiation and will depend upon the structure of the final arrangement and bids submitted.
