## Summary

The South Downs National Park Authority is currently engaged in a tender process for the "Seven Sisters Country Park Refurbishment" project, which aims to enhance the visitor experience at this South East UK location through a variety of construction works. The tender is in the active stage, with a submission deadline set for 28th September 2020 at noon. The anticipated budget for this project ranges from £1,300,000 to £1,500,000, involving improvements to several buildings and venues within the park, including the Visitor Centre Barn, Rangers Offices, and more. The contract is expected to commence on 4th January 2021 and conclude by 30th September 2021.

This refurbishment project presents significant opportunities for businesses specialising in construction, especially those with experience managing projects involving listed buildings and sensitive environments. Companies that have a strong track record in construction and refurbishment work, particularly in enhancing historical sites and landscapes, would be well-suited to compete for this tender. The requirement for high standards of Health and Safety and effective collaboration with design teams further suggests that companies with established networks and a commitment to quality would thrive in this competitive procurement process.
