## Summary

The Nuneaton & Bedworth Borough Council has initiated a tender process for a General Infrastructure Framework Agreement covering various lots like fencing, ground works, street furniture, site clearance, and street nameplates installation in the Nuneaton & Bedworth area. The Council aims to select a minimum of 2 suppliers and a maximum of 4 suppliers per lot. The deadline for tender submissions is 31st May 2023, with the contract period expected to start on 1st August 2023 and end on 31st July 2025.

This tender opportunity presents a chance for businesses specializing in construction works, repair and maintenance services, and site preparation work to be part of the framework agreement. Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are particularly encouraged to participate. Interested parties can register on the Council's e-procurement system, CSW-JETS, to access the tender documentation and express their interest. The framework agreement offers potential for business growth and collaboration within the Nuneaton & Bedworth area for the specified works categories.

## Notice

The Council is looking to procure a framework agreement with 6 distinct Lots, each of which covering specific requirements, to provide the Council with an effective and efficient procurement route for general infrastructure works. This Framework Agreement will allow the Council to ensure public areas are maintained and kept at a satisfactory standard throughout the Borough of Nuneaton & Bedworth. To enable the Council to maximise potential benefits, the requirement has been divided into 6 lots. * Lot 1 - Fencing - supply and install * Lot 2 - Ground works (path repairs) * Lot 3 - Street furniture (A mix of supply, supply and install and install only) * Lot 4 - Site clearance * Lot 5 - Street nameplates supply * Lot 6 - Street nameplates Installation It is the Council's intention to award a minimum of 2 suppliers and a maximum of 4 suppliers onto each lot under the Framework Agreement. There is no guarantee the Council will place any orders under this framework agreement and the Council does not guarantee any level of spend and/or volume of works, goods and/or services through the framework agreement. Additional information: Please register via the Council's e-procurement system - CSW-JETS https://in-tendhost.co.uk/csw-jets CSW-JETS is a sub-regional e-tendering portal run by In-tend. Since February 2010, Coventry; Solihull; Warwickshire; Nuneaton and Bedworth; Rugby alongside other local district Councils have been working together as a shared procurement service. In conjunction with Solihull Community Housing, we have joined together to bring you a collaborative E-Tendering portal. CSW-JETS enables us to advertise our opportunities across all authorities through the same system. This means that there is a single point of contact for procurement in the sub-region so you only have to register once to receive notifications for all authorities. Registering on the portal will make it easier for local suppliers to find, respond to and be alerted to tender opportunities. Registration is free, and takes just a few minutes. When complete, you will be able to express interest in any of the Councils'/Authorities' opportunities when they are made available including this tender. In addition, we will be able to access your details whenever we have a requirement, and you may then be invited to tender or quote for work. Once you are registered and log in to the system you will be able to locate the tender opportunity, express interest and access the documentation. Is a Recurrent Procurement Type? : No
