## Summary

The NHS Staffordshire and Stoke on Trent Clinical Commissioning Groups are initiating a procurement process for Spirometry Services, aimed at improving healthcare delivery in the region. The engagement phase is set to conclude on 2nd March 2022, with potential providers encouraged to register and respond by noon on that date. This contract falls under the light touch regime for health services, and it is located in the West Midlands, England. The current procurement stage is planning, and interested parties are invited to provide feedback on their capabilities and readiness to comply with specific clinical standards.

This procurement presents a unique opportunity for providers in the healthcare sector, particularly those specialising in respiratory services, to engage with local commissioning bodies. Businesses that are well-versed in delivering clinical services and possess the necessary accreditation and equipment will likely find this tender suitable for participation. By engaging in this early market consultation, organisations can position themselves advantageously for future competitive bidding, should the need for formal tenders arise following this planning exercise.
