Notify the market of the intended procurement route, to provide potential suppliers the opportunity to join the relevant CCS framework (CCS DPS RM6219 Learning and Training Services). This requirement focuses on two new qualifications that we want to bring forward for the workforce: Care Certificate qualification - based on existing 15 standards at Level 2 Digital Skills - a new Level 5 leadership award based on the Digital Skills Framework A partner will develop specifications for the two qualifications above, working closely with the care sector and training and qualifications sectors.
