The recruitment process Manage recruitment of a minimum of 100 members of the public per cycle for a contract period of 12 months (panel refreshed every 3 months) We would like the supplier to outline: * how many people they would look to recruit (we need to have 100 people on each a panel as a minimum to provide us with confidence in the information we find out ) but we would like suppliers to state how many people they could recruit to the panel without the total budget available. * their proposed process for recruiting new panel members, including the frequency of recruitment activities (we need to refresh the panel at least every three months to prevent the participants from becoming CQC experts) We are considering recruiting a mix of people from the categories below but would look to the supplier to suggest alternative groups, given CQC's role and remit, about how we should split the percentage.
