In support of our Essential Work Skills Contract with Greater Manchester Combined Authority (GMCA), The Growth Company (GC) is seeking to identify delivery partners with the capability and capacity to deliver a high-quality service offer to enable GC to rapidly respond to Greater Manchester's Organisations and Individuals Essential Work Skills needs. The Essential Work Skills service is additional funding provided by GMCA to GC to enhance the Workforce Development Support available to GM Businesses and residents. More information on Workforce Development can be found at: People Development | The Growth Company There are 4 stages as part of the GMCA Essential Work Skills Contract. Stage 1-3 will be delivered directly by GM Business Growth Hub to employers and GM residents. Stage 4 will be delivered via this framework of procured Skills Providers.
