## Notice

Tower Hamlets Community Housing have appointed a service provider who will be required to provide pest control services to include eradication, diagnosis and treatment services to include but not limited to the following types of pests - rodents, foxes, crawling insects, stored product insects, flying insects and pigeons across properties owned/managed by THCH. The appointed provider will also be required to undertake minor repairs to assist with the prevention/reduction of future instances of pest occurrences/outbreaks. It is intended that the contract established following the procurement will run for an initial term of three years, extendable for a further term of twenty-four months via two twelve-month extensions, to a maximum term of five years. Any extension will be at the discretion of THCH. The estimated annual contract value is c.PS50,000 (exc VAT). The level of spend transacted via the resultant contract will be dependent upon the services/works identified/required during the contract term. Procurement for Housing have been appointed by Tower Hamlets Community Housing ("THCH") to facilitate this tendering exercise.
