The event will run from 10am - 11.30am. The Mechanical Services contract will provide planned and reactive services. The appointed contractor will be responsible for the provision of planned and reactive Mechanical services, including but not limited to Gas Boiler Servicing, Water Hygiene Services including Water Risk Assessments, Air Conditioning Servicing and Duct/Extractor Cleaning. Members of the Council's Facilities Management team will deliver a short presentation setting out the details of the opportunity, services required and the procurement process. This will be followed by the opportunity for attendees to ask questions. The Council would like to extend this invitation to companies and organisations of all sizes including local SME's.
