Young People will be placed in accommodation that best meets their needs and helps them to develop their independent skills safely. The delivery of supported lodgings accommodation for young people to be provided within the Cheshire West and Chester borough. The service will be available to eligible young people aged 16 to 17 years who will have the option to remain in the Supported Lodgings once they turn 18 years. This will be mutually agreed between the young person and the host.
