## Summary

The procurement process involves the UK Shared Business Services Limited, seeking tenders for the supply of emergency care services aimed at supporting employees when their regular care arrangements break down. This tender is classified under daycare services (CPV code 85312100) and was awarded on 17th November 2019, with a contract valued at £40,000. The services required include emergency childcare and adult care, with providers needing to demonstrate regulatory compliance and quality standards. The contract period spans from 17th November 2019 to 16th November 2020, and the tender period concluded on 16th November 2019.

This contract represents a significant opportunity for care service providers, particularly those specialising in emergency childcare and elderly care, to expand their reach within the UK market. Businesses with experience in childcare solutions, including nannies, childminders, and regulated care agencies, should consider competing for this type of tender. Additionally, companies that can ensure high-quality standards and compliance with care regulations will be well-positioned to succeed in future bids, given the emphasis on data security and care quality in the contract requirements.
